I have seen Dr Hess many times for both my knees and my shoulder. He is very thoughtful and takes the time to explain options and potential outcomes and really includes me in the decision process. I feel he is a talented surgeon who is also pleasant to deal with. I'm very happy with the care I've received from Dr. Hess as well as his support team.
