Dr. Mark is an excellent clinician and exceptional listener, whereby he seeks to know all aspects of his patient's social and medical history, to form a complete picture of the patient he is caring for. He takes time to understand, and to form open-ended questions that seek to better inform his assessments of patient condition and healthcare goals. He applies a practical, logical and well-organized though process and approach to assessment and care, and is thoughtful in explaining options and recommendations. He is a compassionate person, whereby he demonstrates care for both the body and soul. He seeks to form a cooperative and developmental partnership with his patients, whereby healthcare outcomes as best positioned to be successful. Finally, his attention to detail and exceptional speed and efficacy in processing prescription requests and making speciality referrals is a model for every physician office to follow. Dr. Mark is a rare gem, and a good healthcare partner.
