Every time I see Dr. Maiolo I feel relieved by his kindness. Every appointment I have he tells me that “hugs are medicine” and encourages me to spend time on self care. He’ll help you out with anything you need and is so thorough! So thorough that you might be waiting a long time in the waiting room - no matter how backed up his schedule is he handles each patient with care and patience. The wait is worth it!! Like many folks, I gained some weight during the pandemic, but Maiolo never pressured me to take on a restrictive diet or over exercise like other doctors might. He is the best doctor I have ever had because he sees you as a whole person - not just numbers. The only reason I’m not seeing him anymore is because of insurance problems. But he was even able to help me get set up with a new PCP and get me referrals for other things I needed. I cannot recommend him enough!!
