How likely are you to recommend Dr. Ahmed?
He was one of two transplant surgeons I had here at St Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. I met him briefly prior to surgery and he was excellent. At the time, St Joseph’s Hospital had a team of 8 Transplant Surgeons and a team of 8 Pulmonologists… I feel fortunate that he was one of the two I got the night of my transplant. It was a 7 hour surgery and I never dealt with his office. I was not an “easy” case per se. I was the oldest Covid patient to get new lungs at St Joseph’s. I was hoping to have him and I was fortunate. I am now 10 months out of surgery and doing well. He has moved to Dallas, however. I would use him again.
