How likely are you to recommend Dr. Itani?
Excellent. As a daughter, granddaughter, sister, and cousin of doctors I know what an excellent doctor looks like. Dr. Itani surpasses expectations in all areas; professionalism, knowledge, empathy. I wish there was another rating for his back up staff. In the actual physical office is just fine. The people that you reach on the phone, particularly in the referral department and the scheduling department do not meet the least of standards. Dr. Itani is a 5 star medical professional. The phone staff gets just 1 star. As the phone receptionists give the first impression to the patient, this situation is a shame. I was, at first, very concerned that the poor telephone reception would be mirrored in the quality of the office, but it does not. A relief. If you can get into see him, I cannot recommend Dr. Itani more highly.
