Patient Reviews
Apr 03, 2024
From our first appointment, Dr. Kay took the time to explain every detail of the procedure from the process to the pros and cons. Our first meeting lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes. He is truly dedicated to the care he provides and to his patients. His engagement did not stop after the procedure. We had daily conversations, even over the weekend, to make sure I was comfortable and to guarantee the procedure went well (it did, beyond my expectations). Dr. Kay committed to being available with any concerns and he genuinely was available. Once the healing moved past the need for regular appointments, I joked with him that I felt like we were breaking up. It is rare these days to find a health care professional as caring, concerned, and dedicated to his patients as Dr. Kay. I should add, his skills as a surgeon are exceptional. I had concerns about my surgery, he heard them and responded. My surgery exceeded all of my expectations. Dr. Kay has my unqualified recommendations.
