Thank you Dr Yellinedi for proper diagnosis, plan of treatment, & medical care. After many Dr & ER visits, tests & hospital admissions, we had inaccurate diagnosis, poor plan of care, no pain management & no DME equipment for home care. After consulting with Dr. Yellinedi thru SRMC, we quickly had proper diagnosis, pain management, DME equipment, Meds & various disciplines at home. Dr. Yellinedi & SRMC began Care Planning for discharge on day 1. We are forever grateful to Dr Yellinedi @ SRMC.
