How likely are you to recommend Dr. Rattan?
Dr Rattan is an excellent gastroenterologist. Very caring and professional. He performed colonoscopy for me and my husband. However the billing department of Greenbelt Endoscopy is very incompetent. They charged us $1020 each before the procedure. Later on we found out our insurance had paid them but we were not reimbursed. Our insurance had to write and call several times before we got partially reimbursed. We were told the rest of the payment was for the anesthetist . But we found out insurance paid for the anesthetist also! Now we are going through a second round of phone calls and letters without any response . I would like to see Dr Rattan again but got discouraged about the billing department
