How likely are you to recommend Dr. Penner?
I had an excellent experience with Dr Penner. The wait time was long for an urgent care same-day appt, but this was ok as people w appts were seen first and my situation wasn’t from an accident or injury that would need asap attention. Dr Penner was extremely kind, asked the right questions, and confirmed that my issue did need prompt attention/referral to a diagnostic specialist. But what truly impressed me was the follow up and coordination from him personally calling me and ensuring that time- sensitive follow up was scheduled following the results from the diagnostic specialist. His staff has been just as kind and professional, and I feel like I’m receiving the best of care and attention.
