I changed my coverage from Kaiser to HMSA and chose Dr. Weiner based on reviews here and elsewhere. From the first contact to schedule an appointment to the follow-up, everything was first rate. The staff were friendly and quite competent at setting me up as a new patient and getting my first appointment. Check-in at the office was a breeze, both in terms of the receptionist and the very nice nurse who took my vitals. Dr. Weiner saw me in a reasonable amount of time and gave me time to voice any concerns I had after he reviewed my record and asked some questions. He is a good listener. Afterward some tests I needed and my prescriptions appeared as promised on the patient portal, which is one of the best I've encountered. Overall, I am happy to give this practice my highest recommendation.
