How likely are you to recommend Dr. Sullivan?
Dr. Sullivan is great, but his staff provides zero communications. It takes forever to get a response from his office about something as simple as a prescription refill. In the interest of efficiency they made me feel ignored, uninformed and nervous about my surgery.
