After 12 hours in the ER we left with my son's broken arm set incorrectly!! Dr. Havener and his team came to the rescue. They were so kind and so clear about what needed to happen and why. We got a tour of the surgery area ahead of time which put my son's concerns at ease. And afterward, one of the assistants gave my son her boony hat because it matched the camo he chose for his cast. More than just fixing the broken arm, we really felt cared for.
