Dr. Blackburn is now located at Sentara Family Medicine in Manteo, NC. He is fitting in very nicely with the patients in this community, has been here over three months and has generated nothing but positive comments. I am impressed with his medical experience in primary Care, and am personally confident with his care as my Primary Care Physician. I have been pleased with his care plan for my current and future medical care.
