Is Messino infusion center becoming the new Mission infusion center nightmare?March 30, 2024I had an appointment on March 29, everything that could have possibly gone wrong did. My check-in time was 1:30 p.m. and I did not leave until 3:30 p.m. There were so many errors that I do not even know where to begin. I left the facility in agony because I was in the wheelchair for so long. My appointment was yesterday, and I am still suffering. They had me go to a lab on the first floor to draw my blood. The facility was so small. The rooms that are cubicles did not even have curtains and no privacy. It took over an hour to have my blood drawn. I should have been seen at the infusion center, where they could have used sterile flushes and changed my portal. Instead, they had my blood drawn out of my arm, which was absurd.
