Patient Reviews
Aug 15, 2023
The minute you walk into the office you’re greeted with respect and a warm smile. There are days I simply don’t feel good and can be grouchy. All of that vanishes when I’m greeted by the front receptionist and the nurses in the back. Sometimes the office manager Theresa is there and she extends the same warm greeting. They definitely can give a lesson on exceptional customer service. Their job is not easy. Dealing with difficult patients on a daily basis requires skill, patience, understanding and experience. I can go on and on about this practice. You should go see for yourself.
