Patient Satisfaction
Leave a review
How likely are you to recommend Dr. Russell?
The front desk staff are horrible. The website says you don't need a referral and my insurance doesn't require one, however, they gave me a hard time trying to schedule an appointment. Unprofessional and extremely rude. Other than that great experience. Don't let them stop you from getting an appointment based on how they feel. If you have an issue with them call the patient advocate on patient relations they will make sure you get what you need.
