Dr. Carter preforms miracles! I literally owe this woman my life! I can never thank her enough for giving me not one but 2 chances to take down a rare cancer that no ones ever heard of. I immediately loved her and her attitude of this is what it is this is what I got to do. I'm so lucky to have been her patient, totally confident in this real life hero!
