How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chen?
I usually have two pairs of eyeglasses, one for computer and one for reading. I have needed a new pair of computer glasses for well over a year but kept putting it off. I wanted one pair of eyeglasses I could use to see my computer screen and read off-screen, something that I had never been able to get before. I did not want bifocals. After the usual exam, Dr. Chen let me sit at a desk with a computer display and provided paper reading material while I wore a metal lens frame in which she could change lenses. No other optometrist had offered this before. This is the first time EVER I have purchased a new pair of glasses and have not had to go back to the Optometrist to replace the lenses. It only took a day or two to realize my eyes did not have to go through a period of adjustment to the new lenses, that was also new. Dr. Chen really listens. She and her entire staff take the time to answer any questions and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
