How likely are you to recommend Dr. Pate?
I met with Dr. Pate and his staff at the north Kansas City location and I cannot say enough positive things about this group! Extremely friendly, honest and informative. They explain every step to you and what your options are to correct your vision. They make suggestions and provide all the necessary information to make an informed decision. I chose to go with monovision being I am now to the age that readers are a must. They had me try monovision with contact lenses before making my decision to see if it was something I was willing to take the time to adjust to. Trying monovision with contact lenses was hard and I was unsure, but being it was the only option to where I could adjust my reader eye to distance if it didn't work out, I went ahead and did monovision. I can't say it's been easy, but it is doable and from what they have told me will improve as time goes on and my vision sharpens from Lasik. I cannot wait, but in the meantime, to not have glasses or contacts is fantastic!! T
