How likely are you to recommend Jacqueline Felts?
Ms. Felts has been my therapist for over a year now. When I first started seeing her in session I was Suicidal with a plan and a date. I was very hesitant to reach our for services or to be honest with anyone. I am a homosexual man in the Bible Belt and always felt judged and ridiculed. Not here! I was comfortable, accepted, captivated and safe. I was never judged for my decisions in life past or present and always felt like I was talking to one of my dearest friends. She makes sure that you get in a session and provides hours that are outside of the normal business hours. She also gives you her direct contact so that you can reach out to her at any time, I have had to use this multiple times and always feel better after we speak. I wish she would hold a seminar and teach other therapists how to truly connect with another person and show them that you truly care.
