I have been in and out of therapy for many years...then I began seeing Jane in January 2016. Jane has given me the tools to make amazing changes in my life...it's been a lot of work but the most rewarding nine months of my life. I highly recommend Jane, she has a gift! Jane is very compassionate, honest and she tells me like it is. I trust her! She has helped me to love and trust myself.
