How likely are you to recommend Jenna Chalcraft?
My A1C was at 6.1 and I was at risk of developing diabetes. My doctor asked if seeing a dietician might help. I said yes and started seeing Jenna soon after that. My first impression of Jenna was extremely positive. When I told her about what I ate on a regular basis, which was a mixture of good choices and poor choices, she did not label anything as bad. She was not judgmental at all that I like donuts and Hostess cupcakes. Instead, she worked in space for dessert in my daily caloric intake. She helped me meal plan, develop goals, and provided education and tips to help me avoid becoming diabetic. I just saw my doctor recently and my A1C dropped to 5.6. He said, "That's amazing!" I have to credit Jenna with her support and help. I don't think I could have done this without her. I am super appreciative and highly recommend her to anyone that needs nutrition or diabetes education as well as weight loss or help with lowering A1C.
