Patient Reviews

This was my first time being seen by an eye doctor not on a military installation (there were no openings on post for the next six months at least). I made my appointment and showed up ahead of time. I was clueless on what I had to do but the receptionist was pretty helpful. She even informed me of what my insurance will and will not cover. She even contacted TRICARE to see if the visit was covered (I found out that day that retirees could be seen every other year). I was “spoiled” by the military with my annual visits. The tech checked my eyes then seated me into a room. She was very pleasant too. The optometrist showed up and was very friendly and thorough. He shared what he saw with my eyes and was very precise with the information. Overall, this was the best eye appointment experience I have ever had during my whole life.
