How likely are you to recommend Lenore Clark?
I started seeing Lenore after ignoring my health for years, being really skeptical if I needed a dietician/nutritionist or not and having utterly horrible bloodwork at 40. She was SO knowledgeable and helpful. She taught me so many things about how your body processes macros and gave me guidelines in following those instead of just counting calories. She takes a really thorough approach of nurturing your body with quality, diversified nutrients. She takes the time and was really great to work with. You can't pour from an empty cup and I'm glad I made the call and contacted her. Unfortunately for me, she no longer takes my insurance but if you are lucky enough that she can be of assistance to you, definitely give her a call.
