Patient Reviews
Jul 30, 2020
I saw Louisa for solution-based therapy and I found her to be extremely helpful. My first appointment was in her office, then, due to COVID, all other sessions were on Zoom. In 4 months of weekly sessions, I have been able to utilize tools that Louisa has taught me to find my voice, establish my boundaries and emerge with more confidence and clarity of communication than I have ever been able to do. I am left feeling more at peace, less anxious, and definitely more confident. Louisa is a gem among therapists. She is knowledgeable in her field, an active listener, compassionate and trusting. She provided a safe space to allow my emotions to unfold and I felt completely free to open up in her tender care. I highly recommend Louisa to anyone in need of a therapist.
