We have gone to Malia Cabral for almost a year and she has saved our marriage. We began seeing her because of betrayal trauma caused by years of infidelity and devastating addictive behavior. We suffered through anger driven arguments and constant contention. We had been to many therapists and counselors in the past with no lasting results. We were struggling with resentment and negativity and on the very brink of separation and divorce. Malia listened to each of us, one at a time and not only advised us, but gave us tools that helped us address the roots of our issues instead of simply treating symptoms. Malia is a great communicator and helps us to feel understood. She also has a gift for understanding what each of us is stating and repeating it back to us in clear and concise ways that help us to understand what is really going on behind what we say.
