Patient Reviews

It’s been disgusting. First, I had to call them. They didn’t care enough to be clairvoyant to call me. Their system is so ridiculous. A patient has to go online, or I guess you can call too or stop by, to make an appointment. I was forced to choose online and easily navigate my way to sm appointment which by the way, came wicked fast. You don’t even get the option of having to wait forever. Outrageous! The schedule was flexible and I reluctantly agreed to a time and day. I mean after all with the level of service I received so far who could blame me for being scared. I arrived and found plenty of parking. The outside of the building was beautiful and the inside was even better. All modern and clean with perfect lighting and seating area. Must be expensive! The office staff were so professional, so incredibly friendly and helpful that I am sure they are symbiotic organisms. I’ll report later on that…. Unless they know I know their secret then I’m sure I will disappear. The form to fill out was short and easy. So selfish of them to not want to challenge me with 58 forms needing a lifetime of information taking an hour to fill out. With no waiting really I was escorted to a clean room. God it smelled clean.!! Ewwww gross. Anywho, the polite awesome person did some prelims then it was time to see the Optomologist sp? Well I’m here to tell you she was immediately perfect. She was friendly. I flirted, she ignored that, I moved on. Obviously she’s rude. This women then proceeded to be incredibly informative while doing several easy to explain exercises to help me with my eyes. And then guess what….she was done. I need glasses. She told me everything important about my eyes. The service here has been exemplary so far. I bet they ruin it even more when my glasses come in on time and I love them.! Oh and btw. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, but it was extremely inexpensive. My insurance paid almost all of it and the selection of frames was gargantuan. I’m sick to my stomach!
