How likely are you to recommend Masha Levy?
Masha is the most incredible human being. I've been working through some anxiety and depression issues and she's so able to parse through my thinking, is constantly sending me resources and really skillfully weaves in dialectical behavior therapy. I'm a college student and she is so able to see my needs, understand my thought process, is FUN (which I had honestly never considered as something to care about in a therapist until I met her). I now have close to zero anxiety spirals, whereas before I was having one a week on average. She's brought so much joy and hope (cliche but true!) to my life. I could not be more grateful, she is a blessing.
