Patient Reviews

I’ll never forget therapy with Michele. I saw her for 3 years and her incredible kindness and patience are what I will always remember. She will be so gentle with you but can absolutely tell when you’re not being honest with yourself and isn’t afraid to call you on it. She’s smart and know what areas of your brain are affected by sleep or trauma and can lead some really relaxing meditations. She is someone who has walked through the fire and came back to help others do the same.
