Patient Reviews
Apr 28, 2023
I am so grateful my surgeon recommended Mina Sidarous for physical therapy following my total knee replacement. When you first see Mina, he asks you a lot of questions and LISTENS carefully to your answers. He then creates a program specifically for you, targeting your issues. Each session he begins by checking in with your pain level and location, and any challenges you might have faced since the last session. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Mina pushes you, but he also is sensitive to your limits and is quick to congratulate you on your successes (even if you fall a bit short.) We tease Mina that he can always find --the spot-- during the manual part of the session—boy does he. It never fails that I walk out of there feeling 100 times better than when I walked in. I credit Mina with the speed of my recovery—it exceeded all expectations. I am having my second knee done soon, so I will be back.
