How likely are you to recommend Sandra Tate?
Sandra seriously listens. She makes you feel important, like you matter and that your feelings are valid. There is such a stigma against mental health and there shouldn't be. Our mental health is just as important as our physical and Sandra will tell you that. So, many times you will go to a psychiatrist and you won't go back and that's why we have many untreated mental illnesses but let me tell you!! You will go back to her. She won't make you feel like you wasted an hr of your life. I highly recommend Sandra Thank you, Sandra for helping southern Illinois because we need you
