Patient Reviews

Sandy is amazing! She is so kind, empathetic, a really great listener and very practical at the same time. I felt seen and held during our sessions. My primary goal was to lose weight but I'm walking away with more than that - new, healthy and happy eating + lifestyle habits that I will carry with me. I now have the resources I need to continue my journey and beyond. I'm so thankful to have met Sandy and I will miss our sessions. I highly recommend Sandy!
