Patient Reviews
Mar 15, 2016
I originally reached out to Stephanie because her last name made me think she might speak Spanish. Even after finding out she didn't, I was happy I saw her anyway. Stephanie worked with me to help me figure out what I needed to be eating to have more energy when working out and at work. She pushed me when I needed to be pushed but was able to keep the sessions enjoyable. You can tell she tries to stay up-to-date with current nutritional info.
