How likely are you to recommend Dr. Menya?
I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Menya. He has completely shifted the way I feel in my body and educated me on what exercises are best for my body. I am a big runner and also love strength training. I was having constant lower back pain and Dr. Menya was able to identify exactly what was happening in our initial conversation. He worked with me through personal training followed by adjustments that complemented the session. Along the way, I learned SO much about why I was having lower back pain and quickly felt a difference in my body. In just a few months, I no longer have lower back pain during exercise or in my daily life. I feel stronger than ever. It has been a complete game changer. I want everyone to work with Dr. Menya to see for themselves! His approach to chiropractic makes so much sense to living a life free of body aches and pain. He meets you where you are and digs in to get you healthy and living comfortably. I have yet to meet another doctor like him.
