Patient Reviews

I worked with Tami for close to 3 years. This was the first time I worked with a trauma informed therapist after decades of seeking treatments for my symptoms of anxiety and depression and not ever seeing any progress. With Tami's help, I was finally able to get to the root of my trauma and heal the unhelpful beliefs that flowed out of that. I tell everyone about schema therapy and tell everyone about Tami's practice. My husband started seeing another therapist on her team and we also saw a marriage therapist together. No need to look further - this is the place.
