How likely are you to recommend Dr. Licina?
Dr. Licina was completely prepared for my visit. She had ordered a comprehensive evaluation of my eye and knew my medical history before walking into the exam room. She is EXTREMELY efficient. There was no banter or small talk and we immediately got to the issue. She explained the problem, told me how we were going to resolve it, gave me a sample of the required medication because the pharmacy “would probably take a few days” (she was correct), and scheduled a new appointment to see if my eye pressure would react adversely to the medication (which it did). When the eye drops prescribed to treat the rising eye pressure were rejected by my insurance company; she changed the prescription by breaking the name brand product into it’s two generic subcomponents! This is a far-sighted Doctor who is many, many steps ahead. She is knowledgeable, listens, answers all my questions definitively and obviously cares a great deal about people. Intelligence and compassion at the highest levels.
