How likely are you to recommend Yonaton Davidson?
Hard to put into words but here goes! Simply put, Dr. Davidson is vastly different from other therapists. He does not just sit back, listen and echo your own words back to you. HE IS PROACTIVE and energetic and goes above and beyond to be there for you. I found that in one session with him I was able to achieve more than I had in dozens of sessions with other therapists. From day one, he has challenged me and given me tools and held me accountable in all of the ways I so desperately needed. His commitment to my growth is unmistakable, even when I falter and struggle with progress. If you are striving to make a big shift in your life or understanding of yourself, I can't recommend him enough - especially if you are interested in mindfulness. Plus he is extremely open and non-judgmental, which really helped me in dealing with shame and embarrassment around my issues.
