Patient Reviews
Mar 27, 2024
Dr. Williams is an outstanding medical professional. Kind, welcoming, and willing to listen to and digest the information I shared. Her empathy and compassion were immediately evident. I appreciated that she laid out several possibilities for what was causing my condition instead of asserting that she had The Answer, which showed her humility. She included me in the development of a treatment plan, asking for my input and comfort level, and walked me through a very logical sort of if-then framing, like a decision tree. If it turns out to be X, then we can move to step Y, but if not we can try approach Z, etc. It was clear that she wanted to help me achieve long-term health. Her display of professional investment and human connection was heartening. Area medical students would do well to shadow Dr. Williams to see how to deliver patient-centered care. She is exceptional, and I am thrilled that she practices in our community. I would give her six stars if I could!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
