How likely are you to recommend Dr. Webb?
Dr. Webb listens to the patient! I needed extensive work done and I told him how embarrassed I was to smile. We worked on the things that bothered me first. The whole staff is compassionate/caring, super friendly as is Dr Webb. I accidentally called his number at the office instead of the front office and he called me back personally. I felt so bad. Yesterday, we started fixing my smile and unlike other dentists he didn’t go for “big ticket items” first like the implant I need for a tooth with resorption. I told him it would be a while before I could afford it so we worked on what bothered me. The staff are so caring and friendly! The receptionist even asked another patient to stay in their room until I got in mine bc mask mandates dropped and they all, including the receptionist, masked up for me bc I have clinical OCD. I love these people with my whole heart. This is the way dentistry should be! My dad was having a colonoscopy same time/couldn’t help pay- they sent the bill instead.
