I was a young junior enlisted fresh to my first duty station Tripler Army Medical Centrr (TAMC) Dr Parnes was so knowledgeable and had another doctor trained. They both performed the surgery 20 years later I'm happy that I agreed to the surgery. Thank You Dr Parnes.
