Dr. Fraley treated me with genuine care over two decades until my insurance changed. I cried my eyes out on my way home from work that day, knowing I would NEVER again receive such awesome care from such an incredible, walking encyclopedia of knowledge! And I never have. Now that I have to use public insurance, I’m praying Dr. Fraley accepts it. But my husband and I are in Temecula and Fraley’s phone number has a San Diego area code—so unless he’s close to the 15 freeway, and not downtown San Diego, I will be THRILLED to return to him. The last time I saw Dr. Fraley was early 2016. If you’re considering Fraley as your PCP -primary care physician- I say GO FOR IT. You will not be let down. Just be sure to make a list and share it with scheduling so they can set up a time allotment to match your needs. Otherwise your visit may be shortened as HE is also time-constrained, being the awesome doctor Charles Fraley is!
