I know Dr. Halpern for about year. Had few visits. Genuine interested in the patient. Has the right solution and extended humanity. Normally, I do not like to go to hospitals. Going to see Dr. Halpern is very different. You know he will listen to you. Will focus not only on cardiology issues but evaluate you on a basis of you as a complete individual and will give you the right advice. Summa summarum, he has helped me.
