How likely are you to recommend Dr. Culver?
Dr. Culver has helped me for several years with managing chronic back and neck pain. After a team of specialists determined the most effective treatment Dr. Culver has performed numerous radiofrequency ablations on my back and epidurals on my coccyx. They have all been successful. He is very professional, capable, and competent (along with being personable). At the VA the patient can choose to allow residents working with the surgeons to perform the procedure under supervision. There can be a quantitative difference with the resident's skill level so use your own discretion regarding their involvement.
