Dr Hulbert is a busy doctor but when he was able to see me, he was everything I needed to help me with a serious, new diagnosis. It’s been going on 2 yrs and I don’t have the same confidence in a new primary doctor. The problem is not Dr Hulbert, and not with his very professional front desk but this person who made the decision for Dr Hulbert’s time made him inaccessible to me (and my family) at the time when my condition needed his help and guidance.Perhaps the woman in authority at the time was lacking in important skills in her position. I have not been able to contact Dr Hulbert nor replace him. (Nor St Luke’s where I have twice been in cardio since last speaking with Dr Hulbert via phone call he initiated. He might have saved my life that day.

While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
