I thank God for leading me to Dr. Frank Stegall Jr. He is a third generation medical doctor, so medicine is in his genes. His brilliant medical acumen will bolster your confidence in his surgical skills as you face major surgery such as I did. A little over 3 months ago, I had an excruciating lower back pain for which my primary care physician ordered a CT scan which revealed an abdominal aneurysm unruptured,...yet. I was referred to Dr. Stegall Jr. who explained to me the urgency for immediate surgical intervention. I was walking around with a "bomb" in my abdomen. I made my peace with God and fear left me. My wife and I arrived before 5:00 am, and I was escorted into pre-op where a nurse started an IV line on me while the anesthesiologist explain his role. From there on I have no recall of what happened. All I remember is that I woke up in the recovery room feeling sleepy. Dr. Stegall has my highest recommendation. I feel he saved my life, and his team is #1! Thanks!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
