How likely are you to recommend Dr. Okuda?
Dr. Okuda and his staff are so kind and always giving me the best treatment. When I came to Maui about 16 years ago, I have to find a dentist here on Maui and many dentists are denied taking new patients. Dr. Okuda's office was the same as other dentists. However, I explained to the office staff that "I just moved here and need a dentist." Then the office staff kindly said, "I am sorry, we don't take any new patients." So, I gave up to go Dr. Okuda. Then, I had a severe gum problem and called Dr. Okuda's office again and explained the office staff about my condition. The office staff remembered me and asked Dr. Okuda about my condition and told me to come right away. I have waited at his office for about 30 minutes or so, then he checked me and treated me so nicely. Dr. Okuda and his staff are very gentle and easy to talk to. I always received the best treatment from him and truly able to rely upon Dr. Okuda and his office staff. Kai in Wailuku, HI March 19, 2020
