How likely are you to recommend Dr. Brodsky?
Dr. Brodsky took time and listened to my concerns in preop. Once my pathology results were posted in the patient portal, immediately there was a letter from him explaining my results with recommendations. I had posted some questions through the portal and Dr. Brodsky posted a response the very next day addressing each of my concerns and with further recommendations. My wife had the same procedure by another physician at the same practice a week after mine, has had her results posted in the portal for 3 weeks, with no response from her MD and her MD was not added to the portal yet so she can't post a question to him. She has called the office, and is still waiting for an explanation of the results. She will be switching to Dr. Brodsky for follow up and future care.
