How likely are you to recommend Dr. Takahashi?
Dr Takahashi performed a bilateral inguinal hernia repair (laparoscopically) and an umbilical hernia repair (open) on me yesterday. First of all, my recovery is going well and discomfort is minimal. As a layperson, I can only comment on how I'm feeling, Dr Takahashi's bedside manner, and his office staff.Dr Takahashi's office is extremely well run and it was very easy to connect with them for medical and insurance issues throughout the entire process. He and his staff communicate very clearly, taking the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and to listen to any concerns. He made the entire process very easy and anxiety free. Also, his office and the hospital where he operated on me (Mount Sinai South Nassau) are both immaculate and extremely well run.I'd highly recommend Dr Takahashi to anyone in need of a general surgeon.
