How likely are you to recommend Dr. Eid?
Dr. Eid did an exceptional job on my recent Merkel Cell Cancer diagnosis. A small bump appeared on my right temple, near my eye. He communicates very well, and managed to rearrange schedules so that the total time from my diagnosis, through excision surgery and sentinel lymph node biopsy, through pathology results (all negative!) and even reconstructive surgery were completed in an unbelievable two weeks. I was under general anesthesia for the excision surgery, but only under a local for the reconstructive. It was fascinating to watch the going-ons in the operating room, and the level of teamwork between him and the three nurses was fantastic. He is down-to-earth and obviously enjoyed working with the team to complete the surgery, and they enjoyed working with him. I am very happy with my reconstructive results as well. I highly recommend Dr. Eid, who has fellowships in both surgical oncology (with an emphasis on Head & Neck) and reconstructive surgery.
