How likely are you to recommend Dr. Idelson?
Our emergency visit began with Dr. Idelson saying, "Hi, I'm Jason," and it only got better. We were bowled over by his empathy and compassionate concern for an older family member who needed a quick analysis of a medical problem. He provided that promptly, calling for tests for confirm the situation and then summarized his findings with a comprehensive and totally understandable explanation. He is a model of the physician with an informed heart. In the emergency room at St. Francis, the staff were equally available and supportive. Such talents among medical professional sometimes seem lacking but that was not our experience with Dr. Idelson and those we encountered at St. Francis. We left feeling not only taken care of but cared for.
